• Toranj London insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Toranj London and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

• Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination and itemized on the Order Summary page. UK VAT will be applied to orders dispatched within the United Kingdom, excluding the Channel Islands. United Kingdom VAT (15%) will be applied to all other EU destinations.

• DDP : Most countries are shipped to on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the product price.
• DDU: If a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) destination is selected, product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties, as well as UK VAT. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

If you have received an item as a gift, you may exchange it for a store credit to your Toranj London account (you will need to register your details). The amount is automatically deducted from your next purchase and will be valid for three months. Please be aware that you may need to pay any cost difference, additional shipping, taxes and import duties.

Your refund will either be credited to the original purchaser's credit card or Toranj London account and will exclude shipping costs (with the exception of faulty items). If your order has been sent to a destination within the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Toranj London. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.

• Request a Return Number within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note that Return Numbers requested after 7 days are not acceptable.
• Items should be returned within 7 days of receiving your Return Number.
• Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. your return may not be accepted if the box is damaged.
• We prefer that items are returned to us via FedEX (if you are outside UK) or Royal Mail Special Delivery (if you are inside UK) to ensure that they are protected and insured during transit.
• Items should be returned new and unused. Returns that are damaged may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
• All items returned should have a Return Number. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.
• A refund of the price of the goods will be issued once all the information referred to above is received. The credit card used for the original purchase will be credited. If there are any problems with your refund, a member of our customer care team will contact you.

Payment can be made by Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Delta, and Maestro debit or credit cards. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon receipt of your order by Toranj London. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.

Alternatively, you can make a payment via Bank Wire Transfer. Please note that we will process your order after receiving payment.
